TYTL Token

The TYTL Token is a fully asset-backed digital security representing fractional ownership in premium single-family primary residences located in top-performing U.S. ZIP codes. Legal ownership in each home in the portfolio backing TYTL Tokens is recorded in public municipal land records and mirrored on-chain to support transparency and auditability. The TYTL Token is currently offered to eligible institutional investors through a private placement conducted pursuant to Regulation D and, subject to SEC qualification under Regulation A and applicable platform approvals, is intended to support compliant secondary trading on approved exchanges and decentralized trading venues in the future.

Asset Valuation, Location, & Pricing

Assets backing the TYTL Token are evaluated and acquired under defined valuation, location, and eligibility criteria designed to prioritize property quality, liduidity, and long-term value resilience. Property value is determined using multiple independent automated valuation models (AVMs) and an advanced pricing model that programmatically establishes a Consensus Fair Market Value (CFMV) and Factional Equity Purchase Price.

Core eligibility criteria include:

  • Single Family Primary Residence
  • Minimum $1 million in current fair market value.
  • Located in Higher Yielding U.S. ZIP codes.
  • 50% or greater available homeowner equity.

Transparency and Risk Management

TYTL’s portfolio net asset value (NAV) and token fair market value (FMV) are recalculated and published daily on-chain and through independent oracle infrastructure to support institutional visibility, auditability, and transparency. Market integrity controls are designed to limit token price deviation from estimated FMV and reduce susceptibility to market manipulation.
